With over 120 dedicated corporate employees in Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary, London, Kitchener, and Montreal, Gateway provides top-notch service to over 45,000 people living in Gateway managed properties.

Gateway selected Deversus over competing companies in August of 2008 to develop a niche solution to manage and monitor Compliance Issues relating to their employees and managed properties. The Compliance Tool allows Gateway to setup and track the status of critical mandates relating to the environment, fire safety, licensing, hazards, and/or audits.

Pointstreak.com Inc. is a sports technology company that is a world-leader in real-time sports statistics collection and distribution. Their clientele include over 1500 professional and amateur sports leagues across North America and Europe.

In February, 2008, Pointstreak contracted Deversus to begin custom software development work on a multi-user website creation and template tool. The tool would subsequently allow Pointstreak's clients to update and edit all of the content on their websites through an easy-to-use Content Management System. The new service offering was designed to complement their existing core statistics business and allow Pointstreak to offer a competitive package to potential clients.

Quotation and Lead Management Application

Future Quest specializes exclusively in the design, distribution and support of "WorkForce Solutions", including vehicle tracking systems, fleet management systems and business management and digital dispatch systems. Carrying multiple product lines bundled into comprehensive solutions designed to satisfy the requirements of fleet owners within multiple vertical markets, Future Quest's quotation process is cumbersome and time-consuming.

Deversus developed a powerful web-based administrative solution that allows Future Quest to manage its suppliers, products, services, and solutions. Using the tool, Future Quest is able to configure fleet-specific solutions via custom quotation templates that are comprised of any combination of products and services. The system allows clients to receive quotes in real-time, while still allowing Future Quest to obtain valuable customer leads. Once the quotation is received by the customer, they may choose to purchase the solution online directly through Future Quest's website via a real-time credit card solution.

OBI Canada is an organization that offers courses to Dental Professionals in the area of Bioesthetic Dentistry. OBI Canada approached Deversus in 2007 looking to expand their web presence with a new, stylish website that more accurately reflected their principles. Deversus developed a strategic plan for the OBI Canada website that would streamline the online registration and payment process, while providing customized reports for administrative personnel.

Further, Deversus developed a proprietary solution for OBI Canda that features a dynamic online course catalogue and registration system which allows the company to easily manage all things course-related. With custom CMS and CRM capabilities, the custom web application allows OBI Canada administrators to create and upload course information, schedule courses, accept online registrations and course payments, process payments, generate tax reports, and track students’ course history.

Between Friends Club is a charitable organization which provides year round recreational and social programs for people with disabilities. The company envisaged a web application that would make the receiving and tracking of fundraising money very simple for participants in their campaign programs. In August, 2007, Between Friends Club enlisted Deversus to make their vision become a reality.

Throughout several strategic planning sessions, Deversus and Between Friends Club designed a solution that would be simple, fun, and effective. The end result was an innovative web application that allows Between Friends Club to reach out to the Calgary community by allowing friends and families to create their own fundraising campaign on the website. Fundraisers campaign to raise the most money for the event by promoting their personalized campaign web page. The custom web application features Content Management capabilities, online credit card processing, and a membership-based fundraising system.

In February, 2008, Eco Crown Hospitality approached Deversus seeking to streamline the primary component of their business model. The company specializes in Green Certification for businesses in the hospitality industry — encouraging companies to adhere to environmental standards which thereby helps lower operating costs and reduce their environmental footprint.

Eco Crown Hospitality aimed to automate their Green Certification Questionnaire and have it seemlessly integrated with their existing website. With a tight timeline of only three weeks, Deversus assembled a team of developers to build a custom web application that features a membership and payment system, automated Green Certification Questionnaire, and reporting component. Eco Crown has since contracted Deversus for the development of additional phases that have resulted in the delivery of a world-class environmental technology solution.

Future Quest Wireless Inc., an exclusive Canada-wide distributor of the web-based iTRAK product suite & provides the mobile workforce with cutting edge wireless technology for monitoring their fleets in real time. Future Quest contracted Deversus to build a desktop version of the tracking software with enhanced reporting capabilities and speed.

The application boasts a client-server architecture with extensive reporting, vehicle tracking, and fleet management capabilities. The unparalleled efficiency of the product, dubbed Fleet Squirrel, enables fleet owners to generate reports in a fraction of the time required to generate the same reports using the web-based version of the product. Better still, there are no longer any constraints on the age of the data being reported.

Real Estate Listings Management Web Application

In April 2007, two creative minds approached Deversus looking to turn their concept into a tangible product. Upon describing their business model, we went about the task of turning their rough requirements into a refined list of features. We broke these features into phases so as to work within their budget. Phase one contained items that were absolutely necessary to the basic requirement of offering a usable real estate website. Later phases included functionality that would offer superior process streamlining but were not immediately necessary. Upon review of the list, they chose the features they wanted to see in the first phase of what would become the RentOwnHouses.ca web application.

The project required the development of an easy-to-use web application that would allow our client to easily upload rent-to-own property information to the website. The web application features a custom Content Management System and listings database, automatic image upload/resizing, Google Maps integration, and web-to-email contact form.
